Hi, I'm Changwei (战昶威). 

I am an Assistant Professor (Tenure-Track) in the Department of Real Estate and Construction at the University of Hong Kong.

I received my PhD from the Department of Real Estate at the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2023. Before joining HKU, I worked as a Research Fellow at the Institute of Real Estate and Urban Studies (IREUS) at NUS. My research fields are Urban & Environmental Economics, Real Estate, and Household Finance.
